At many data APIs the entry tier is for personal use only. On both numi plans, the free sandbox included, you can show the data in a product you sell, with no credit line. Builder is for developers, agent builders and small teams.

The data licence

On every plan, the free one included, Nui Systems L.L.C. grants you a non-exclusive commercial licence to use, display and redistribute numi data inside your own products and analyses, with no attribution required. You may not resell the bulk file, or a substantial part of it, as a dataset.

On either plan you can:

  • Show the data in an app, a report, a dashboard or a financial model that you sell, where your customers can see it.
  • Use the data in your own analyses and research, and publish the results.
  • Give the data to a model or an agent that is part of your product, so it can answer your users.

The binding text is in the terms of service.

Check the data before you pay

Each breakdown comes with the revenue the filing reports and whether its rows add up to it, with a link to the filing on EDGAR where numi has matched it. You can see the check on every company page, or run the open-source checker on a list of your own.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page. Builder runs to the end of the month you paid for, and then your account is on the sandbox, where you can still read the sandbox companies with your keys.

Bulk files

Builder includes every table as Parquet and CSV, rebuilt each day, so you can load the data into your own database instead of calling the API for each figure. On the sandbox you get a sample with the sandbox companies only.

We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
